Villa Serenova is simply extraordinary. We've stayed at luxury hotels and Airbnbs around the world, and this property rivals any five-star hotel we've ever visited. The mountain views from the primary suite took our breath away every single morning. The kitchen is a chef's dream — we cooked elaborate dinners every night! Alexandra was a perfect host: responsive, thoughtful, and incredibly helpful with local recommendations. The welcome basket with local wines and cheeses was such a perfect touch. We cannot wait to return.

Traveled here with our three kids (ages 6, 9, and 12) and honestly cannot say enough good things. The kids loved the game room with the PlayStation and pool table — we barely saw them! The adults adored the hot tub and evening firepits. The smart home features were incredibly cool — our 12-year-old became the 'house expert' within an hour. Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully stocked, and thoughtfully designed for families. A truly unforgettable family vacation.

We celebrated our 10th anniversary here and it was magical. The property is even more beautiful in person than in the photos. We spent evenings in the hot tub watching the stars, mornings hiking the private trails, and afternoons cooking elaborate meals in that incredible kitchen. The Aesop bath products and the incredibly plush robes made us feel like we were in a five-star spa. Alexandra left us a personal anniversary note and a bottle of local champagne — completely above and beyond.

Eight of us came down for a weekend getaway and it was absolutely perfect for a group. Enough space that you can all be together or have privacy when you want it. The outdoor spaces are incredible — we had epic BBQ sessions, firepit nights with s'mores, and morning hot tub sessions that felt like heaven. The live-edge dining table is a showstopper — we ate every meal together as a group. Marcus was super responsive when we had questions about the smart lock. 10/10 would absolutely book again.

I traveled solo for a creative writing retreat and this property was the perfect backdrop for deep focus and inspiration. The study is phenomenal — I wrote 8,000 words in four days. But honestly, the thing I keep thinking about is the firepit at night, alone under the stars with the crackling fire and complete silence. It was profoundly restorative. The property is immaculate, the smart home features make solo management effortless, and the host communication was excellent throughout.

We came for the holidays with extended family — 9 of us total — and the property handled it beautifully. The layout is perfect: adults upstairs, kids downstairs in the alpine room, and the great room and kitchen are massive enough that everyone could gather comfortably. Waking up to snow on the mountains visible from the hot tub was surreal. The Christmas decor in the great room was a lovely surprise. Everything was exactly as described, and the hosts went above and beyond.

Bachelorette party of 8 and this was the most perfect venue imaginable. We had the entire private hiking trail to ourselves for a morning hike, followed by cocktails on the patio and an evening in the hot tub under the stars. The game room was a bachelorette party highlight! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make our own celebratory dinner. Sparkling clean, gorgeous, and hosts who genuinely care. Special stays deserve special places — this is that place.
